Cantilever Bridge, Punhaka.
This majestic bridge looks like it’s been providing passage to enter Punhaka Dzong for centuries, but its actually less than five years old. After the original bridge was washed away in a flood fifty years previously, a chain link metal suspension bridge had sufficed, until a project got underway with assistance from Germany to rebuild the bridge. Spanning 55 metres, its as impressive as it is beautiful.
